@SF FILTER has been developed to filter fluid containing fine particles. It consists of hollow fiber membranes. Five types of SF membranes are used according to separation needs : 0.04, 0.1, 0.3, 0.45, 0.85 Κ. Standard SF FILTRATION SYSTEM is consisted of SF FILTER module and piping, etc.. Besides being compact in size and easy of operation and maintenance.
Significant Features
External pressure dead-end filtration

@In the external pressure dead-end filtration mode, all the raw fluid
supplied is filtered. The piping is simple and the hold-up quantity is
small.
Low energy consumption
@
@In the case of non-circulating mode operation, energy required for filtration
is sharply reduced. In this case, multi-element modules (tank type modules)
may be used depending on the scale of the system, and the system is made
more compact at the same time.
Recovery of membrane performance by cleaning agents
@By virtue of excellent chemical stability of the membrane especially
for alkalis, sodium hydroxide (e.g. 3%, 60j is used as an excellent
cleaning agent.
Automated operation
@The sequence of filtration and cleaning by chemical agents can be fully
automated. In due couse, the system is operated without any difficulty.
Replacement and repair of the module element are also carried out with
ease.
Applications
Food, soft drink and alcoholic drink industries
@Removal of bacteria, yeasts and suspended solids from water, soft drinks,
alcoholic drinks and crude syrups, etc..

@80-85, There is around 1 time heated water sterilization all day long
in 30-60 minutes.
